Q&A with Sam Keefe - Salesforce EU Consultant

Sam joined the Synapri team fresh off the pitch, after an early career with Charlton Athletic. New to recruitment Sam showed the qualities and skills that we look for in a Consultant, a team player, hungry to succeed and tenacious. A quick learner, it didnt take long for Sam to make an impact and start to excel within his role, winning our Employee of the Month back in June, celebrating with a day on the golf course.

 

How long have you been working at Synapri?

I have been working at Synapri for just under a year.

What attracted you to the role?

I was interested in getting into recruitment and felt the role advertised was something that fitted in with my personality and skills, providing me with a new opportunity and a challenge to work in a fast-paced environment, which was also easily commutable for me. I’m a target driven and motivated person, so I felt the role was a good match and that it would also give me the chance to progress.

Do you feel well supported in terms of the tools available to help you succeed in your role?

Yes, Synapri has a great CRM system and provides me with full access to external sourcing platforms used within recruitment.

What do you think about the Synapri Training Program?

As someone who was new to recruitment, the training at Synapri is very hands on. I was pretty much learning on the job from day one with guidance from both management and more experienced colleagues in the team. I think this was the best way to get me up running quicky. We also have really useful, tailored training modules that are very helpful in learning how to succeed within the industry.

What do you enjoy most about working at Synapri?

The people. We have a great team at Synapri, who get on well and work together. Synapri is a relatively small company, and it does have a nice family feel about it which you would not necessarily get working within a larger organisation. The directors are all very approachable and on hand to help and offer support. I feel I'm valued by the business, which is very important.
